Kering is the parent company of several luxury fashion brands including Gucci, Bottega Veneta, and Saint Laurent. We engaged with Kering on a workplace strategy for the relocation of the company’s headquarters in New Jersey. The site included a warehouse distribution facility and office space. One of Kering’s priorities was the need to express the look and feel of the Kering brand – high end and classic luxury – while giving the teams of individual brands an identity within the new workplace.
Programming & Change Management
Another priority was the company’s community-oriented culture. In programming the new space, we outlined space for various café and amenity spaces for bringing people together, and we conceptualized town hall and larger gathering spaces for company-wide events. We supported Kering throughout the strategy and design phases with a comprehensive change management program, which consisted of various user workshops and events. We also produced bespoke communication collateral that was custom-branded for Kering as a way to help them set expectations and excite their employees about the changes in store at their new space.
