Agile Working Pilot & Change Management
We have worked with this tech client's parent company globally for many years on various projects. In working with our client on their headquarters space in Newark, we conducted a study to understand how their workplace could better support the work cadence of agile teams. The intent was to develop a new agile workplace concept and corresponding kit-of-parts that could be eventually scaled from an initial area on one of floor to other floors and locations. In doing so, we established key metrics and clear guidelines that could be generalized and applied to spaces and offices with varying configurations and requirements. As part of a change management effort related to this project, we conducted a post-occupancy evaluation of the initial agile pilot space and strategic messaging related to the findings as a way to further socialize the benefits of this workplace concept.
